Q: Tell me about your booking process

I take a £250 booking fee, this means I guarantee your date, the rest is payable 4 weeks before your wedding. You will receive an invoice, contract and questionnaire.

Q: How long does it typically take to complete a video project?

I give myself the time scale of up to 6 months for everything to be delivered, this just gives me some buffer time.

Q: What is your pricing structure for video services?

Everything starts from the traditional package and you have add ons from that.

Q: Can you provide examples of previous weddings you have completed?

Of course! I can send out a couple of full galleries so you can see what to expect.

Q: Do you work with a team or are you a solo videographer?

I work solo first, but I can offer a second shooter when required, for example if you are getting ready at different locations, this is something I would recommend.

Q: How do you deliver the final product to the client?

It’s an online gallery. You can stream , download and share the link. I can deliver a USB also at a small cost.

Q: Do you offer any additional services such as aerial footage

Yes, drone is included as standard pending weather & location

Q: How far in advance should clients book your services?

I have my books open until 2026

Q: How do you handle payment for your services?

Bank transfer only

Q: Filming Entertainment, such as Secret Singing servers:

This is something that would require further payment, I use this down time to rest, eat, recharge myself & camera batteries. I can offer to film this time but at an additional fee of £300 will be required for this.

The cost is high because of the extra cameras needed, eg to film the performance & capture reactions of guests and the wedding party. It is extremely time consuming to edit with having to use multi camera angles and sync audio, my advice would be to use a guest to film from the phone because I tend not to use this footage in the final film, it is more of an add on clip in your gallery.

Q: Can you stay until the last dance?

Yes I can for an additional £400 and if your venue is over 1 hour away from Fife, I would be looking for accommodation also.

Q: Can you offer a destination wedding?

Most definitely, I have done a few now! Love it.

Q: Do you film a Church Wedding

yes providing you have a conversation with whom is marrying you, in some cases videographers can be asked to just film from the back of the church this is something that you should be prepared for
